Six days after bottling... and I had to give it a try. "Beer Advocate" style review:

Serving style: pint glass, cellar-cool temperatures.
Appearance: decent carbonation with thin head- but its still early. Clear, nice mahogany color. Looks tasty.
Smell: Excellent! Hits the mark with being a Speckled Hen clone: caramel, distinct butter/ butterscotch scent, some fruitiness.
Taste: Delicious. Balanced, smooth, and very tasty.

Overall I rate this one of Wolf's Eye's better achievements- it may improve a little with time (especially carbonation/clarification) but its definitely drinkable now.
