Tasty beer. I like the clove and banana scent and authentic weisse beer taste. Herr Wilhem IV would be pleased with this beer- using only the ingredients he mandated in the reinheitsgebot! Only defect is the lack of head. This is a wheat beer. I am still puzzled. We used alot of wheat extract. What happened?
