Improves with age. Sweet, crisp taste.

A: Clear brown. Disappointingly thin head though. Perhaps add wheat or Dextrin next time?
S: Sweet malt, caramel, sugar, toffee. Intriguing.
T: Delicious! Malt and bitter hops- very clean tasting, as a lager ought to be.

Overall a successful first attempt by Wolf's Eye to brew a European lager. It will keep improving for the next 2-3 months I think.

Next time got to watch how much water we add to ensure it isn't too diluted but its a fine session beer. I am already almost out of them!

Incredibly smooth, malty, sweet, delicious. Its an outstanding bock. I rank this among Wolfeye's most accomplished beers. It has mellowed and is perfect to drink right now (July 08).
